EMEA Sales Director (M/F)

Ready to take the next step in your carrier? Our partner is looking for its next high-performing EMEA Sales Director. Your goal? Help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Function
You will join a team of 2 other Sales Director (Asia and America). You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the Top management. You will also manage the distribution channels. As an experienced business developer, this is a superb opportunity for you to take a key position in a promising technological start-up, to interact with C- level in a company and to build a team around you as the company grows-up.
Your daily tasks include:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients;
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives (1 person actually);
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Directing and coordinating all sales and business activities in Europe;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or a related field;
- In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry including technical understanding;
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- You are open to travel almost 50% of your time (France - Germany - Europe);
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
